It needs to have a easier name to remember

Yeah, could this be worse and still work at all? This is a "minimum effort" service from GE here, I guess just to check a box and be able to put the logos on the packaging, SOME of your appliances can *barely* be controlled by this. If I'd known how crappy this was going to be, I would have chosen different air conditioners.

Been trying to connect my Geneva account to Google Home. I get to the authorization screen on GE's site and it redirects me to the Google home app but remains unlinked

It'd be simpler to use if they just let Google Assistant control the appliances directly, instead of having to do the whole "Geneva" nonsense. If anyone's having problems linking their account: when you click link and it goes to the page within the Google app, go to the menu on the top right and choose to open in Chrome. Then when you sign in there, it'll link correctly.

Missing basic functionality like "set my air conditioner fan speed to high" Help function is more frustrating then helpful. Echo what most others have said here

Can't handle more than one Air Conditioner ?! Ones in one room, ones in another - how is that difficult? Doesn't integrate with Google Home for some reason so no rooms can be assigned.

The temperature of the refrigerator/freezer that is reported is NOT the actual temperature, but the set point. It would be way more useful of the actual temperature was retrieved from the refrigerator.

the app will not link and the phone number listed above says all lines are busy for the last 2 hours during business hours.

I don’t understand why I can’t just ask google to turn down my air conditioner. Half the time what I’m asking doesn’t translate from google to geneva well and it would be easier just to get up and use the buttons 🤦🏻‍♀️
