CoVantage Credit Union voice banking can provide financial information from Google Assistant. Once you are enrolled in voice banking, you can do things like:
• Find your balance
• Transfer money between accounts
• Get account history
• Stay up to date on the latest CoVantage information
Once you’ve enabled the action, say “Hey Google, talk to CoVantage Voice...”
You can ask about your loan:
• “Hey Google, ask CoVantage Voice, what is my auto loan balance.”
You can ask for a current balance:
• “Hey Google, ask CoVantage Voice,what is my checking account balance.”
To get started, simply enable the action and link to your CoVantage Credit Union account. You must be enrolled in MyCoVantage to use voice banking. In addition, you will create a personal 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for an extra level of security. Keep in mind that your financial information may be read aloud or displayed visually after you have provided your PIN.
