The Avaya Bot is under development to become your best friend with any question you might have about Avaya. IT leverages various Avaya products to offer multi-channel experience. You can call the bot, chat with the bot on our Web presence or use virtual assistants. It will transfer you to relevant SMEs and interact with you on any channel (SMS, email etc...). Currently it only supports actions designed to assist Avaya associates but will soon address customer and partner requests.
