The Windy City Bus Tracker predicts when the next CTA bus will arrive at your stop.
First, the Action will ask for the bus number or route name. Then, it will ask you for the direction you are headed. Finally, it will ask for your stop which is usually named by the main street and its intersection (e.g. "67th Street & Cottage Grove").
Once you know the exact details of your stop, you can get ETAs by typing something like, "Talk to Windy City Bus Tracker and track the Westbound 201 bus at Sheridan & Lincoln".
To get predictions this way, you must correctly type the name of the stop. Alternatively, you can leave off the stop and the Action will continue as usual without re-prompting you for the other information.
At the end of the interaction, you can decide if you want to save your search to get predictions faster the next time you use the Action.
Prediction times are provided by the CTA and are always fresh. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the developer (khoaxtru16[at]gmail.com) for feature suggestions or bugs you may encounter.
Thank you for choosing Windy City Bus Tracker!
Note: If the Action is having trouble understanding the name of your stop, please let the developer know. Some issues are known to exist for bus 26.
