It was working but has now lost connection and I can't do anything to get it working again

No longer works with Google Assistant or Google Home. When I ask Google Home to start an action the response is "I can't understand". With Assistant is just a Google Search. Is like Harmony doesn't exist even though is linked.

Very flakey. Harmony needs to be reset regularly and voice commands barely work. Really disappointing... don't bother with a harmony hub, more trouble than it's worth.
