With Workout Log you can just log your workouts with your voice and when its time to do the same exercise you can just ask Log Set to retrieve your previous set information and log it again
This means no workout is wasted and progress is easier.
Many people workout regularly but make no progress because their current sets are not improving from their previous ones - they don't log the exercise weight and reps so that they can improve on it in the future.
