Charging a fee for this is ridiculous. Paying the fee just encourages this behavior from them and others.

Charging a fee for IFTTT just shows Chamberlains lack of character. You guys should probably advertise that you will charge a fee right on the front of the box of your garage door openers.

A fee to use this service is absolutely ridiculous. Do not purchase if you want to add to your smart home. There's other products to use that does not charge you an annual fee to open and close your garage.

Really? A subscription fee for this type of product? I have spent thousands of dollars to make my house a smart home, and spending $10 per year for this would have been the worst waste of money. I'll be writing product reviews online telling people not to buy this product simply because of this unnecessary fee.

Shouldn't have to pay for it to work with Google home.

Charging a subscription is insane. Impossible to connect to Google Home app.

Yep, definitely not paying for something the app already does

Pretty obnoxious that there is an $10 annual fee. May be the only company that has ever charged to use this service. On top of that, you do not even add it as a "device" in the google home app, the integration sucks, and it won't allow me to open the door. Buy another garage door opener.

It was hard to get set and the once I finally got it to connect, it was offline for over an hour! Not sure why it was offline since I just connected, but as mysterious as it was offline, it came on line and I was able to use the app to close my garage door. No way I'm paying to have google close it for me... So stupid.
