Declutter The Mind will teach you how to meditate, help you form the habit of a regular practice, and expand your mind to the teachings of mindfulness. You can choose from 10, 15, and 20 minute guided and unguided meditations using a timer. The guided meditations teach and use mindfulness meditation, sometimes known as Vipassana. The unguided meditations use a simple bell timer, using the sound of a Tibetan bowl to let you know when your practice has started, when you've reached the half way mark, and when the practice is over.
