Here are some ways the system has failed and neglected the needs of the disabled: [1] Disabled individual denied a service dog or medical treatment for the service dog cannot get a fair hearing. [2] Disabled person going into hospital is not allowed to have their personal care aide or home health aide. [3] Mental disabled people have to surrender most of their disability money when entering a group home. [4] Autistic Children and Adults should have a one to one system to protect them.
