GOOOOOOOD Morning & Welcome To The Show My name is Adam, more commonly know as "The No Breakfast Guy", and I have been running a successful business in the Health, Fitness and Exercise Physiology industry for the past 11 years, while writing my first book called Start Late, Stay Light, as well as recently becoming a father for the first time in 2016. I know first hand how difficult it can be to juggle all of them and live a balanced and fulfilled life. On this show I speak to a vast and varied number of guests who all have their own story to tell and bring their own level of expertise in their chosen field.
