HOW DO I CONNECT TO MY HEADSPACE ACCOUNT?
To connect to your Headspace account, just say “connect my account” on the Google Assistant app. A prompt will appear, asking you to sign in. In addition to today’s meditation and a sleep exercise, you’ll have access to the Basics pack which teaches the fundamentals of meditation. And if you’re a Headspace subscriber, you can continue your practice both through your device and the Headspace app. Plus, you’ll have access to our brand new experience called a Sleepcast, which uses a mixture of sound and visualization to create the ideal conditions for healthy, restful sleep.
